The Mainland of China : List of Import Products Subject to
State Trading and Designated Trading

With reference to the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation has announced the updated lists of import products subject to state trading and designated trading. The former list covers products that can only be imported by state trading enterprises, and the later list covers products that can only be imported by certain enterprises designated by the Mainland government. The lists are attached (pdf Format) for your information.
