The Mainland of China : Implementation Details on
Administration of Import Quota of Important Industrial Products
The State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the General Administration of Customs recently promulgated the "Implementation Details on Administration of Import Quota of Important Industrial Products", which came into force on 10 November 2002. A copy of the Implementation Details is attached at Annex for reference.
