The Mainland of China : Abolition of MOFTEC Circulars/ Notices for China's Accession to the WTO
Commercial Information Circular No. 189/01 dated 11 December 2001 reported that the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Corporation (MOFTEC) abolished the first group of Circulars/Notices in order to fulfil the commitments made for China's accession to the WTO. Recently, the MOFTEC announced abolition of the second group (a total of 100) and the third group (a total of 7) of Circulars/Notices. The lists of the abolished Circulars/Notices are attached for your reference.
