The Mainland of China : New Management Measures
on Processing Trade issued by MOFTEC

Further to the Provisional Administrative Rules on the Examination and Approval of the Sales on Domestic Market of Bonded Materials and Components Imported for Processing Trade announced earlier (see my Commercial Information Circulars No. 138/99 of 10 September 1999 and No. 161/99 of 21 October 1999, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation issued the attached notice on 3 November 2000 reaffirming the concerned rules.
