The Mainland of China : Circular on the Issues concerning
the Support to the Development of High-Tech Industry
The General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation issued the captioned Circular on 12 July 2001, simplifying the procedures of certain assessment and supervision for the high-tech manufacturing enterprises. The concerned Circular is attached for your reference.

The concrete methods for implementation of the national simpler custom procedures and the revised processing trade management will be formulated and announced by the General Administration of Customs.
