The Mainland of China :Final Determination of the Anti-Dumping Investigation on Cold-Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet from Japan and the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation issued the attached announcement on 18 December 2000 concerning the final determination of the anti-dumping investigation on cold-rolled stainless steel sheet from Japan and the Republic of Korea. It confirmed that there was dumping from Japan and the Republic of Korea, causing material injury to Mainland's industries. Mainland Customs will therefore charge anti-dumping duties at a range of 4% to 58% on imports of cold-rolled stainless steel sheet from Japan and the Republic of Korea with effect from 18 December 2000.
