The Mainland of China : Amendments to the Law of the People's Republic
of China on Foreign Capital Enterprises

The Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress passed on 31 October 2000 the amendments to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Foreign Capital Enterprises. The amended Law is attached for your reference.

  1. The effective date of the amendments is 31 October 2000.
