The Mainland of China : Final Determination of the Anti-Dumping Investigation on Flat-Rolled Silicon-Electrical Steel from Russia
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) issued the attached announcement on 11 September 2000 concerning the final determination of the anti-dumping investigation on flat-rolled silicon-electrical steel from Russia. It confirmed that there was dumping from Russia, causing material injury to Mainland industries. Mainland Customs will therefore charge anti-dumping duties at a range of 0% to 62% on imports of flat-rolled silicon-electrical steel from Russia with effect from 30 December 1999.
