The Mainland of China :  Amendments to the Customs
Law of the People's Republic of China

The Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress passed on 8 July 2000 the amendments to the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China. The amended Customs Law is attached for your reference.
 

  1. The effective date of the Amendments is 1 January 2001.
