Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Concrete Reinforcing Bar from the Mainland of China: Conclusion of Re-investigation
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 317/2017 of 2 May 2017 regarding initiation of a re-investigation against certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, among others, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) concluded the re-investigation of the normal values, export prices and the amounts of subsidy of the subject goods on 1 September 2017. Imports of the subject goods originating in / exported from the Mainland of China are subject to an anti-dumping duty of 41.0% and a countervailing duty of RMB 469 per metric tonne.
