Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Iron Pipe Fittings Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 204/2017 announcing its determination to extend the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on malleable iron pipe and tube fittings with an inner diameter of less than 600 millimetres classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7307.19.10 and 7307.19.90 originating in the Mainland of China for additional five years. Chinese imports are subject to an AD duty of 295%, while imports from certain Chinese companies are subject to the price undertaking.
