Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-circumvention Review against Certain Steel Flat-rolled Products Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 8/2017 announcing its final determination that starting from 16 February 2017, certain steel flat-rolled products containing a minimum of 0.05% of titanium classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7225.40.90 originating in the Mainland of China is subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$211.56 per tonne.
