Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Concrete Reinforcing Bar from the Mainland of China: Re-investigation

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 1 May 2017 announcing the initiation of a re-investigation, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), of the normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy respecting certain concrete reinforcing bar classified under HS codes 7213.10.00.00, 7214.20.00.00, 7215.90.00.90 and 7227.90.00.90 originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The re-investigation is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's finding of material injury made on 9 January 2015. The information collected during this re-investigation will be used to determine updated normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy for future shipments in accordance with SIMA.
