Commercial Information Circular No. 255/2017

Colombia : Import Requirements for Mercury-Containing Products

The Colombian government issued Decree No. 2133/2016 to require importers and/or traders of mercury-containing products classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 8536.50.11.00 to register with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism ("Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo" in Spanish) for authorisation.
