US : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Products from the Mainland of China : Opportunity to Request Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce (DoC) promulgated in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 6 March 2017 that interested parties may request administrative review of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on the following products from the Mainland of China for the following periods:

‧ Circular Welded Austenitic Stainless Pressure Pipe 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017

‧ Sodium Hexametaphosphate 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017
‧ Tissue Paper Products 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017
‧ Uncoated Paper 26 August 2015 to 28 February 2017
Countervailing Duty Proceedings
‧ Circular Welded Austenitic Stainless Pressure Pipe 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016
‧ Uncoated Paper 29 June 2015 to 31 December 2016

Requests for review should be submitted to DoC in writing not later than the last day of March 2017. For details, please refer to the FR notice, which is available at https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2017/03/06/2017-04280/antidumping-or-countervailing-duty-order-finding-or-suspended-investigation-opportunity-to-requests.
