Brazil : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Footwear Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 88 on 28 September 2016 announcing its determination to extend the coverage of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain footwear originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of kart shoes made from chamois or micro-fibre classified under Headings 6402 - 6405 of Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification will be subject to an AD duty of US$10.22 per pair.
2.For details of the Brazilian measure and the products involved, traders are advised to consult their importers in Brazil and/or the relevant Brazilian Resolution (in Portuguese) which is available at http://www.camex.gov.br/legislacao/interna/id/1594.
