Brazil : Amendment on Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain PVC Coated with Textile Reinforcement Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 690/2016 of 30 August 2016 regarding the final affirmative determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain polyvinyl chloride with coated textile reinforcement on both sides classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3921.90.19 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 84 on 28 September 2016 announcing its amendment on the subject AD duty order. The aforementioned products will be subject to AD duties ranging from US$1.80 to US$2.11 per tonne.
2. For details of the Brazilian measure and the products involved, traders are advised to consult their importers in Brazil and/or the relevant Brazilian Resolution (in Portuguese) which is available at http://www.camex.gov.br/legislacao/interna/id/1590.
