Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Large Diameter Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 22 June 2016, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of large diameter carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 20.1% - 96.7%, whereas the estimated amount of subsidy is 30.3%.
