Mexico : Final Determination of Antidumping Investigation against Hot-Rolled Steel Coils Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a resolution on 22 December 2015 announcing its final determination that hot-rolled steel coils, classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 7208.36.01, 7208.37.01, 7208.38.01, 7208.39.01, 7225.30.02, 7225.30.03 and 7225.30.99 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$335.60 per metric tonne for a Mainland company. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$354.92 per metric tonne.
