Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Stainless Steel Sinks from the Mainland of China: Re-investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 1 March 2016 announcing the initiation of a re-investigation, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), of the normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy respecting certain stainless steel sinks classified under HS codes 7324.10.00.11, 7324.10.00.19, 7324.10.00.21 and 7324.10.00.29 originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The re-investigation is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's finding of material injury made on 24 May 2012. The information collected during this re-investigation will be used to determine updated normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy for future shipments in accordance with SIMA.
