Brazil : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Carbon Steel Pipe Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1233/2015 of 23 December 2015 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain carbon steel pipe with external diameter not exceeding 374mm, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7304.31.10, 7304.31.90, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.20 and 7304.39.90, originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 5/2016 on 27 January 2016 announcing its preliminary determination of the AD investigation. The Chinese products are subject to a provisional AD duty ranging from US$810.46 per tonne to US$1,151.76 per tonne for six months.
