US : Antidumping Action against Hydrofluorocarbon Blends and Components from the Mainland of China: Institution of Investigation and Scheduling of Preliminary Phase Investigation
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 2 July 2015 the institution of an investigation and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping duty investigation to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the US is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the US is materially retarded, by reason of imports of hydrofluorocarbon blends and components from the Mainland of China that are alleged to be sold in the US at less than fair value. 2.Interested parties wishing to participate in the investigations should file an entry of appearance with ITC not later than seven days after publication of the FR notice. Written submissions should reach ITC on or before 21 July 2015. Besides, ITC has scheduled a conference in connection with the investigations on 16 July 2014 in which parties wishing to participate should contact ITC not later than 14 July 2014 to arrange for their appearance.
