Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 26 November 2015, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 71.0% - 361.7%, whereas the estimated amounts of subsidy in the range of 0.16% - 34.73%.
