Brazil : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Automotive Glass Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 604/2015 of 30 June 2015 regarding Brazil's initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against tempered and laminated automotive glass classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7007.11.00, 7007.19.00, 7007.21.00, 7007.29.00 and 8708.29.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 54/2015 on 28 August 2015 announcing its termination of the AD investigation.
