US : Countervailing Actions against Non-oriented Electrical Steel from the Mainland of China : Initiation of Investigations

The US Department of Commerce (DoC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 14 November 2013 the initiation of countervailing duty investigations to determine whether manufacturers/producers/exporters of non-oriented electrical steel in the Mainland of China received countervailable subsidies. The relevant FR notice on the initiation of countervailing duty investigations is available at http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2013-11-14/pdf/2013-27316.pdf.
