Commercial Information Circular No. 772/2013

Colombia : Import Tariffs on Various Products

Pursuant to Commercial Information Circular (CIC) No. 825/2012 of 12 October 2012 that the Colombian government established the import tariff rate of zero percent (0%) for certain products classified under the Colombian Harmonized System (HS) chapters 03, 25-45, 47-48, 50-56, 58-60, 65-76, 78-92, and 94-96, the Colombian government issued Decree No. 1755/2013 on 15 August 2013 to extend the duty-free treatment for two years till 14 August 2015.

2.For details of the products involved, traders are advised to consult their importers in Colombia and/or the relevant Colombian Decree (in Spanish) which is available at: http://www.mincomercio.gov.co/descargar.php?idFile=4156.
