Dear Sirs,
Commercial Information Circular No. 759/2013
US : Extension of Time Limits for Submissions in Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proceedings
The United States Department of Commerce (DoC) issued in the Federal Register (FR) of 20 September 2013 a final rule to modify its regulation concerning the extension of time limits for submissions in antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings. The FR notice is available at: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2013-09-20/pdf/2013-22853.pdf.
DETAILS
2. Traders had been informed via Commercial Information Circular No. 58/2013 of 17 January 2013 of a proposed rule issued by the DoC proposing to modify 19 CFR 351.302, which concerns the extension of time limits for submissions in AD and CVD proceedings. The DoC is now amending the regulation by adopting the modification with certain changes.
