US : Energy Conservation Standards for Metal Halide Lamp Fixtures Proposed to be Amended

The United States Department of Energy (DOE) published in the Federal Register (FR) of 20 August 2013 a notice of proposed rulemaking, proposing amended energy conservation standards for metal halide lamp fixtures.

DETAILS

2. The proposed amended energy conservation standards are the minimum allowable ballast efficiencies based on fixture location, ballast type, and rated lamp wattage.

3. Written comments must be submitted no later than 21 October 2013. The relevant FR notice is available at http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2013-08-20/pdf/2013-20006.pdf.
