Commercial Information Circular No. 615/2013

Argentina : Electronic Submission of Sworn Declaration for Product Composition of Textiles, Apparel and Footwear Products

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 248/2013 on 4 June 2013 that requires importers of textiles, apparel and footwear products to submit Sworn Declaration for Product Composition ("Declaraciones Juradas de Composición de Productos" in Spanish) (DJCP) via the Integrated Foreign Trade System ("Sistema Integrado de Comercio Exterior") (SISCO) using Product Identification Code ("Código de Identificación de Producto") (CIP). The procedures to submit DJCP information via SISCO are set out in Resolution No. 99/2013 of 14 June 2013.
