Brazil : Temporary Tax Incentives for Alcohol Products and Chemical Industry Inputs

The Brazilian government published Provisional Measure 613 in May 2013, providing temporary tax incentives to domestically-produced or imported alcohol products, petrochemicals and certain chemicals for use by chemical industries as inputs.
