Brazil : Technical Standards for Various Products

The National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality (INMETRO) of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil issued Decrees in November 2012 to establish the technical standards for certain (a) electrical meters; (b) lift platforms; (c) electric wires, cables and cords; (d) plastic seats; (e) metal ladders; and (f) safety matches.
