Commercial Information Circular No. 44/2013

US : Consumer Product Safety Commission: Proposed Extension of Approval of Information Collection Concerning Cigarette Lighters

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued in the Federal Register (FR) of 14 January 2013 a notice requesting comments on a proposed extension of information collection from manufacturers and importers of disposable and novelty cigarette lighters.

DETAILS

2.The collection of information consists of testing and recordkeeping requirements in certification regulations implementing the Safety Standard for Cigarette Lighters (16 CFR part 1210).

3.Interested parties are invited to submit comments to the CPSC by 15 March 2013. For further details, please refer to the relevant FR notice at:
