US : Final Rule on Modification of Regulations Regarding the Definition of Factual Information and Time Limits for Submission of Factual Information
The US Department of Commerce (DoC) published in the Federal Register (FR) of 10 April 2013 a final rule to modify its regulations which define factual information and establish time limits for the submission of factual information in anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty proceedings. DETAILS
2. The trade was informed via Commercial Information Circular No. 539/2012 of 11 July 2012 of DoC's proposal on the matter. DoC is now issuing the final rule to modify two regulations relating to AD and CV duty proceedings: the definition of factual information in 19 CFR 351.102(b)(21) and the time limits for the submission of factual information in 19 CFR 351.301. DoC has adopted the proposed modifications with certain changes and amended its regulations accordingly.
3.The final rule is effective on 10 May 2013, and will apply to all segments initiated on or after this date.
