Commercial Information Circular No. 196/2013

Ecuador : Import Quota on Motor Vehicles

The Ecuadorian government issued Resolution No. 92/2012 and 101/2012 in December 2012 to clarify that the unused import quota on motor vehicles in 2012 cannot be carried over to 2013 and that the annual import quota will be automatically renewed on 1 January each year as set out in Annex I to Resolution No. 101/2012.
