Argentina : Delay of Implementation of Technical Regulations for Personal Hygiene Products, Cosmetics and Perfumes and Sunscreen Products

The Argentine government issued a Decree No. 7230/2012 to delay for 24 months the implementation of the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) Common Market Group (GMC) Resolutions No. 7/2011 and 8/2011 which set out the technical regulations for a list of preservatives allowed in personal hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes, and sunscreen products.
