Commercial Information Circular No. 140/2013

Argentina : Removal of Non-automatic Import Licensing Regime

The trade was informed via a number of Commercial Information Circulars (CIC) including CIC No. 708/2012 of 6 September 2012 of the developments of the non-automatic import licensing regime of Argentina. The Argentine government issued a Resolution No. 11/2013 on 25 January 2013 to repeal the use of non-automatic import licence covering 17 product types, which took effect on the same date.
