Brazil : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Steel Tube Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Circular No. 70/2013 on 18 November 2013 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against seamless steel tube mixed with chromium, with an external diameter between 3mm and 141.3 mm, regardless of wall thickness and internal diameter classified under Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR1 ) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7304.51.19, 7304.59.11 and 7304.59.19 originating in the Mainland of China.
