Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Line Pipe Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 94/2013 on 4 November 2013 announcing its final determination that seamless carbon steel line pipe used for oil and gas pipelines, with an external diameter exceeding 5 inches (141.3 mm) but not more than 14 inches (355.6 mm) classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7304.19.00 for certain companies will be subject to an AD duty of US$778.99 per tonne from 4 November 2013 to 3 November 2018. Imports from all other suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$835.47 per tonne. The Brazilian Resolution (in Portuguese) is available at: http://www.camex.gov.br/legislacao/interna/id/1142.
