Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Poly(ethylene terephthalate) in Granules Originating in the Mainland of China
The Argentine Government issued a Resolution No. 691/2013 on 24 October 2013 announcing its final determination that poly(ethylene terephthalate) in granules, with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.7 or more but not exceeding 0.86 decilitres per gram classified under Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR1 ) Common Classification (NCM) code 3907.60.00 originating in the Mainland of China would be subject to 8% anti-dumping duty from 25 October 2013 to 24 October 2018.
