Commercial Information Circular No. 769/2012

US : Termination of Product-Specific Safeguard Measures against Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from the Mainland of China

The trade was informed via Commercial Information Circular No. 477/2009 of 23 September 2009 of the US imposition of a product-specific safeguard duty on imports of certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the Mainland of China for three years from 26 September 2009 to 25 September 2012. This is to inform the trade that the product-specific safeguard duty will expire on 26 September 2012.
