Dear Sirs,
Commercial Information Circular No. 755/2012
Canada : Anti-dumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Unitized Wall Modules from the Mainland of China: Termination of Investigations
The trade was informed via Commercial Information Circular No. 560/2012 of 18 July 2012 the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT)'s initiation of anti-dumping and countervailing investigations against certain unitized wall modules originating in or exported from the Mainland of China.
2. On 14 September 2012, the CITT determined that there was no reasonable indication that the alleged dumping and subsidizing of the subject goods have caused injury or retardation or are threatening to cause injury to Canadian producers. The CITT has therefore terminated its preliminary injury inquiry. Following the CITT's decision, the CBSA has terminated its dumping and subsidizing investigations of the subject goods on 17 September 2012.
