Commercial Information Circular No. 708/2012

Argentina : Non-automatic Import Licensing Requirements

The Argentine Government has issued a Resolution No. 304/2012 on 25 June 2012 requiring the new Import Certificates and the Annexes to be printed on security paper. All import certificates, documents of proof and certificates will be valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue. The Resolution came into force on 25 June 2012.
