Mexico : Additives and Processing Aids for Foodstuffs, Beverages and Food Supplements
The Mexican Ministry of Health published in the Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of 16 July 2012 new regulations on additives and processing aids for foodstuffs, beverages and food supplements. The relevant notice (in Spanish) is available at:

DETAILS
2. Among others, the regulations set forth additives and processing aids that may be used in the subject products under specified conditions, as well as additives and processing aids that are subject to maximum levels. The regulations will take effect 60 working days after publication. For details on the regulations including the transitional arrangements, please refer to the above-mentioned notice.
