US : Consumer Product Safety Commission: Proposed Extension of Approval of Information Collection - Baby Bouncers and Walker-Jumpers
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued in the Federal Register (FR) of 20 June 2012 a notice requesting comments on a proposed extension of approval for 3 years concerning the information collection requirements for manufacturers and importers of baby bouncers and walker-jumpers. DETAILS
2.The collection of information consists of requirements that manufacturers and importers of the subject products must make, keep and maintain records of inspections, testing, sales and distributions consistent with provisions of the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, 15 U.S.C. 1261, 1262, and 16 CFR part 1500. CPSC now proposes to request an extension of approval from the Office of Management and Budget for the collection of such information. Interested parties are invited to submit comments to the CPSC by 20 August 2012.
