Commercial Information Circular No. 303/2012

Argentina : On-site Verification, Valuation and Inspection of Declared Import Products

The Argentine Government issued a General Resolution No. 3304/2012 on 29 March 2012 to establish a team of experts to conduct on-site verification, valuation and inspection of the declared imported products. The expert team will take samples and photos of the imported products for analysis and audit. The measure, effective from 30 March 2012, is initially applicable to container cargo only and will be expanded to cover goods imported under other modes of transport.
