Mexico : Anti-dumping Action Against Coaxial Cable from the Mainland of China

The Mexican Ministry of Economy (MMoE) published a resolution in the Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federacion) of 30 December 2011 announcing its preliminary determination for the anti-dumping (AD) investigation on imports of radio guide coaxial cable from the Mainland of China. DETAILS

2. The subject products are classified under subheadings 8544.20.01, 8544.20.02 and 8544.20.99 of the Harmonised Tariff Schedule of Mexico. As a result of the AD investigation initiated on 8 June 2011, MMoE preliminarily found that the Mexican domestic industry was injured by dumping of radio guide coaxial cable from the Mainland of China, and decided to impose provisional AD duties of 312.85% - 343.42% on the subject imports.
