Commercial Information Circular No. 1006/2012

US : Anti-dumping Action against Folding Metal Tables and Chairs from the Mainland of China: Revocation of Order

The US Department of Commerce (DoC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 29 November 2012 revocation of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on folding metal tables and chairs from the Mainland of China. A copy of the FR notice is available at:

DETAILS

2.DoC issued an AD duty order on the subject products on 27 June 2002 and published its most recent continuation of the order on 6 November 2007. On 1 October 2012, DoC initiated a sunset review of the order.

3.As the domestic interested parties did not participate in the sunset review, DoC is revoking the subject AD duty order. The effective date of the revocation is 6 November 2012.
