US : Third Party Testing and Certification Requirements Mandated by the CPSIA
This is to remind the trade that the third-party testing and certification requirements mandated by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) are expected to take effect for children’s products manufactured on or after January 1, 2012 that are subject to the mandatory toy standard, lead content limits, and/or phthalates bans.
