Commercial Information Circular No. 412/2011

US : Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures against Products from the Mainland of China

A list (pdf format) of current anti-dumping and countervailing measures taken by the US against products from the Mainland of China is appended to this circular. The list is prepared on the basis of information available to the Department and is meant for traders' general information only. In case of doubt, traders may contact their US importers for clarifications.

2. For traders involved in the exports of the subject product(s) in the Guangdong Province, please contact Chen Li-peng, Director of the Bureau of Fair Trade for Import and Export under the Guangdong Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, at 8620 3881 9913. The Bureau is responsible for, among others, conducting anti-dumping investigations, and guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the Guangdong Province.
