Canada : Reference Documents related to the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act

The Canada Department of Health (Health Canada) has recently published in its website reference documents related to the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA).

DETAILS

2.The trade was informed via Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 60/2011 and 120/2011 of the enactment of the CCPSA. The CCPSA and its related regulations will come into effect on 20 June 2011.

3.To ensure smooth implementation of the CCPSA, the Health Canada has recently published in its website the following reference documents:
